    The 2gr core design is the base for all things Toyota now, I wouldn't be surprised to see it's also going to be the base of the twin turbo tundra too

    I just read through the wiki on it and it sounds like they made it fairly modular. Used all over the place. And the vehicle platforms are slowly unifying, obviously for efficiency and bottom line, but that sucks for us. Thank goodness they'll always have the two Land Cruiser platforms

    i dont mind it. having one solid v6 for all is better than multple v6 options that can be hit or miss. But i do with they trucks got a longer stroke or larger bore version for ya know.... more torque?

    Yeah it's a great car platform for vehicle but that v6 platform can be built for multiple power bands and torque curves and stuff. Like you say 1 solid platform for the engines and it really is solid. Funny to me the corolla could share a platform with a Highlander, lol but if it's a solid platform why not share it huh? Yeah I guess I see

    Eating multiple meals instead of fewer larger meals causes the metabolism to work faster, more often.

    That and I bike as often as I can (every other day) around where I live cause there are miles of open road/dirt around me.

    Makes sense, folks milling around on a Lexus lot are more likely to pay the price. As the 3rd gen has shown us, above 40k is a tough sell on a Toyota lot. Not actually rough cause people buy, but they complain about ever little thing because the price is at the edge of what they can afford.

    @what road

    I even carried our bikes on the Corvette just cause I didn't have a tow hitch on the Tacoma yet and I didn't want to scratch up our bikes by tossing them into the bed -
