    Let’s see, two high ranking quarterbacks who both ended with poor W/L records.. one consistent head coach.

    Romo and Prescott both have solid stats (hell, Dallas is the top offense right now) and we still lose games.. that, to me, is coaching problems

    The list goes on. A great coach can win with sub par players ( Harbaugh and the 9ers in 2011) but a great player needs a good coach to thrive.
