Well whaddaya want? It's a much more solid vehicle too, double thickness outer frame walls, heavier axles, bigger gear driven transfer cases, third row seating, huge boxed IFS setup. It is built tougher by a mile

So I'm reading the the VSC light on that mechanics special could be any number of things from a $10 switch to the $2k+ master cylinder and brake booster replacement. That's a chunk of change to gamble on, probably pass on that. It's also a longer drive to get to and not worth my effort for the gamble.

yea the master is a not too common but a known issue. its not to hard to replace (but you do need a scan tool. actually you need one any time you have to bleed the rear brakes) the cost of the sucker is what kills it

Drinking in excess is definitely not something I do these days, the repercussions are just too long lasting. I have enough foggy memories from those days to last me a lifetime.

 

Was looking forward to taking my brother, dad and nephew camping in the mountains this weekend but we're getting over 6" snow on Thanksgiving up there and my dad has shot down that idea. I forget I'm one of the few people out here that loves the idea of snow.

 

I only drink to stay at that warm almost buzzed kinda feeling and just like to hover there.
