There's also these two that are good for 15% and 10% off anything.

I tried to just convince the wife to let me use it on one of their nice tool chests. She wasn’t having it

Funny How fast some will change there minds when the tools start ending up on the kitchen table and counters .

If one has so called Coffee tables that is another good place .

This can also go the other way and all your stuff is in the back yard

Happy holidays! Latest creation. Usually xmas decorations go on after Thanksgiving but it looks like they'll be rain this year.

In other news, I got a $250 dlls gift card from Home Cheapo, any idea on what to burn it on? (Welding related) I've seen they sell everlast plasma cutters, also thinking on upgrading my current one for another Lots 50A 220V with pilot Arc.
    What do you guys think?

My wife got me a Drill Doctor a couple years back. I can't state how much money that has saved me in drill bits.

    Just a suggestion.

Pretty good use for scrap angle and expanded steel.

My posts were 4x4x3/16” which was probably overkill. The frame was 1x2x.065” tube. Light and plenty strong.

My rock sliders that I build for people here on TW use a 1/2” drill bit as the finish size for the bolt holes. One 1/2” drill bit would last me about 4 sets of sliders drilling the holes in the sliders themselves and drilling out the couple holes in the bottom of the frame. $20 for a 1/2” drill bit. I built 72 sets of sliders the year before last so that was close to $400 in drill bits. I bought the best drill doctor at like $140 and have only bought two 1/2” drill bits in the last year and a half. I swear by the drill doctor as well!!!

I hope you don't go down the same road I did. I build just about the same thing 8 years ago. I'm now in the planning stages for a cantelever style gate. I'm tired of the gates swinging closed as I'm driving thru.
