    Well this happened to be once in the frontier I put the switch to 2HI and let it roll back a few feet and slammed brakes and forward 3x. Granted different makes but it worked.:notsure:

    Some more "gentle" handing fixed it. Either the front diff or transfer case actuators were sticking.

    I'm back in 2wd (with the rear wheels), baby! :bananadance:

    They replaced the hammer, sear spring, grip screw bushing (one was stuck on the grip screw), tuned and test fired. I verified its good to go. Repairs were a 2-week turnaround.

    Well boys, a guy is coming to look at the truck this weekend. If all goes well, I’ll walk away with some cash. I know I wanted a Lexus, but I’ll miss the truck life too much. The plan is to sell the truck without any of the aftermarket stuff on it, buy a newer 4x4 tacoma and transfer everything over. Found a 2015 trd OR 4x4 with 61k miles for a pretty great price.

    Those are three different class of rifles there.

    The Custom rem 700 would take a lot of money and time and skill to get on par with this set up. Barrel quality and action work comes into play on a 700 platform. I have a few Remington 700 setups. I wouldn’t put money in them.

    Howa is solid but will never perform like a seekins or the like. Again not without a large investment.

    This rifle is a precision mountain rifle. Weighing 6.9 pounds. With glass it will be sub 9. Be first round accurate and also multiple shot accurate.
