I just hope it isn't as bad as it was when trees were falling down all throughout town like 1-2 years ago -

Driveway was flooded and the level was up to my side view mirrors had I gone through it. Buddy in his lifted Jeep picked me up lol

ooof yeah that sucks. Our streets get flooded when it pours but usually drains pretty quick. Last year the week after I installed my snorkel we had flooded streets from heavy rain on my way to work, water was maybe halfway up my wheels on the main street to the building. I had some fun blasting through that

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Got a radio coming for the tundra. And the harnesses and a microphone. Should have a 2019 86 radio in the truck by the end of the week. It’ll tide me over till I find a 2020 86 radio with car play

Hard to tell, but the driveway end slopes downward and the water right above the center is still because it's so damn deep.

Live with my gf as of now, but with her working same amount of hours we just split the chores. She is far from cheap though, very few will be so lucky to not have their wallet run empty

yeah the trick is to marry someone that works and makes just as much if not more money than you do, and believes in keeping your individual finances. All these stories from old timers about how you have to "become one financially" when you marry is outdated and look at how many of them are divorced (and the hell that ensues afterward when the finances are intertwined)

The downside to this though is that you don't eat a lot of home cooked meals, lol

And for no reason whatsoever, other than the fact that @xtremewlr started asking, have I been looking at 4th Gen 4runners.

I've always been intrigued by them, knowing they have a V8 option, and surprised how cheap some can be had compared to a well-loved 3rd gen 4runner.

The v8 ones are nice and full time 4x4 (if you can find one of those gems) is ideal because who doesn't want AWD and a low range when you need it

Exactly why I have been looking at them! Compared to DCSB 1G Tacos, they are stupid cheap! And with that V8, only gen T4R that has the option from what I understand.

So far, they are easy to find. I've got a line of 4 of them under $7k within an hour or 2 of me.
