Finally got the light bar where I want it. I moved from the Front Runner Slimline ii to the Prinsu. Definitely a different animal but I am very impressed with the Prinsu.

Anyone have a suggestion for touch up paint on the Prinsu? :)

Finished my stock badging project. I guess a good thing about FL Sun hehe. It warmed my black truck so well despite being 55F outside that I did not need to use anything but my nails to remove the adhesive and goo gone to wipe the remainder off.

Truck Bedliner appears to be the closest in color/texture of the Prinsu rack.

I designed a anti-slip step to work on lifted vehicles. It works fantastic. I expect to make a lot of money off of this invention.

What is a ECGS bushing, why did you decide to use it, and what vibrations were you feeling? Thank you. I'm glad you got it fixed.

someone else will give a better answer than me, but its a solid bushing to replace the needle bearing on the driver side output of the front dif. that needle bearign is known to suck, especially with lifts

Pretty much spot on. I just put a 3in lift on and immediately was feeling some vibrations
Drivers side of the front diff has a needle bearing (common weak point once you do lift on our trucks), passenger side has regular ball bearing (i think) and rarely goes bad which is why people only have to do the one bushing. Needle bearing if its not 100% perfect, could cause vibrations once youve lifted the taco. I had the 3rd gen suspension which gives 2nd gens 1in lift, and didnt feel anything, but recently did about a 3in lift and it must have amplified its weakness.
ECGS (East Coast Gear Supply) is very smart in that toyota doesnt think its a problem and wants you to keep putting needle bearings back in, where ECGS started making this custom bushing that solves the vibrations and also is much stronger and tighter within the diff. I heard from the shop that one of the Toyota dealerships around here just orders them from ECGS rather than doing needle bearing replacements anymore.
I had the vibration going from about 10mph-50mph, and it was a sort of pulsing kind of vibration i could feel in the pedals and floorboards when accelerating and braking. Once I put it in 4wd the vibration instantly went away. < this is how you can tell if its most likely the needle bearing or not.

Any reason you have the side shooters pointed to the center and not out to the side?
