DELETE - FOUND: 12-15 Shark Fin Antenna

Looking to buy someones Shark Fin Antenna they might have taken off

I realize this is probably something that will be hard to find used but if anyone has one they took off and wants to sell, i want to buy it!

Must have blue connector though! Unlike in this pic.

 

From what I remember that's an expensive part

 

Obnoxiously expensive. There’s gotta be a way to splice a different non OeM connector in on both sides

I wish I could see a real life picture of what that is. But that just might be what I need.

I did sheer off some of the mounting points on the fins bottom bracket but I’m sure I’ll be able to seal it.
New fin assembly’s are $400+

 

Curious to a picture as well because it says it’s for 3rd gens. Could have stayed the same but don’t want to blow the money to have it not link up

This has a blue piece, and then maybe you could just get the wire separately? part number isnt going to be the same. But Toyotas share some parts.

Wow thank you ! As I’m looking it does look like some of the other vehicles have that same blue connector. The nut part that holds it tight to the roof though did snap though on mine too as I saw in some of the other posts.

The 3rd gen ones are taller skinnier and longer so idk how fitment would be. I’ve had painters tape on my roof over the spot for the past couple weeks. I’m getting to the point where it’s starting to annoy me lol.

 

Ive seen in my research that you can replace that nut. Or did the thread part snap?

 

The thread part snapped right off the bottom of the fin.
