anyone done any PX6 updates? What link to grab or look for updates? if using the head unit apps close randomly or i lose connection. Works well with carplay (when it connects) but would not mind using other apps consistently. if connected to data.

So did anyone else order a bezel online? Mine 55405-04120-C5 is still too small for this radio...

You're not using that bezel. You need the OEM premium radio trim bezel. Only thing people are using that kit for is the mounting brackets.

What? I'm aware of this, that why I ordered 55405-04120-C5... I'm not using any kit for mounting brackets, I bought the 3D printed ones.

I'm saying after buying the new bezel (OEM premium radio trim bezel) it still won't fit. It actually is the same bezel I had before...

Wow, so what happened is I ordered the correct part, but the place online changed my order because the part did not match my VIN. They took the liberty to change my order and not tell me...

I'm so angry right now, like why didn't anyone call or email me and ask if this was the correct part I wanted or not.

    *** ATTENTION ***

If you’ve installed your unit and are having a “buzz” or “static” read on...

Upon installation everything was perfect, no buzz/static. I took out the unit and put it back in. A couple of days later I noticed a buzz. I took it out again and put it back, the buzz got worse. This led me to believe the position of the unit was influencing the buzz/static.. wtf!? I started playing with the settings and noticed when I turned off WiFi, the buzz/static went away. I took the unit out again, and noticed the WiFi antenna (short black antenna) is right next to the harness with power and speaker wires.

I took off the antenna, everything still works, the buzz/static is gone!! The only thing I can imagine this would impact is if you are trying to connect to your home WiFi while parked (which I never do and haven’t tried).

Will it still buzz if the antenna is raised?

Does anyones Google maps actually work when connected to a hotspot. Mine will load and map the route, but won't navigate or follow my location.

The Sat antenna and GPS antenna look identical in the dash. You wanted the one that was coming from the driver's side of the truck if my memory serves me.

For anyone ordering a new trim piece make sure you get the correct part number

    55405-04130-C5

This is a trim piece with the premium audio in silver.

Just an FYI so nobody falls into the same crap I'm dealing with now.

Mine had a GPS stamp next to the connector, so I assume I have it correct. I'm pretty sure it was on the driver side.
