Glad he's okay, I'd have fared much worse with my head out the roof.

One of the hardest recoveries I've ever done..since is was almost upside down. In six foot deep trench.

It started up after we tugged it out. And it drove home......

Baller. From the pictures the driver rear tire looked blown but might just be the photo.

Man, this job never fails to remind me how much it sucks.

2 monitoring centers. Here and Aurora, CO.

Inclement weather, Aurora is allowed to shut down.

Inclement weather, tornadoes, mayan calender part 2 here, we better damn well show up or use your personal/sick time to call out.

just north of me the snow is expected to about 8 inches
the climate could change on a dime and that white stuff starts raining further south with no warning

Yuck. Let's hope it doesn't move farther south. I hate snow more than I hate mud.
It's mandatory for me an my employees to come in when it snows. So I know the feels.

Nothing does well on the ice. Except Canadians, they're unaffected by ice and snow, obviously.

It's the same here. Last year, day shift got excused while we on the off shifts had to still show up. That's fair...

    Time to riot.

Also, to you other folks.. Before I got my truck last year, I hated snow. Now, I wish it would snow more so I can wheel in it.

I hate the really cold when there's no snow. If it's gonna be ball frozen cold, ya better drop 50 inches o snow, I don't give a damn!

Winter down here is way different than it is in Wisco. Here a bus sliding into a yard would make headlines, back home the school bus ends up in my mom's yard a couple times a year. Y'all put an insane amount of salt down at the wrong time here too. Back home they just throw dirt on the ice so 4wd vehicles can get where they're going, so instead of that black shit all over, everyone's car turns brown during the winter lol. We're american canadians is all im saying I guess.

Anywho, spotted a nice taco in the fog today in BS

I enjoyed the misty weather today, but it's supposed to get windy tonight. I feel like our yotas catch wind like a freakin' sail.

plus some parts of the roads in Wisconsin have to be left untreated? so that snowmobiles can cross
or how does that actually work? ... its been a long time since I recall seeing that

oh! and i did finally find that fuel leak in the Corolla after dumping a half gallon on the gas station concrete ground the other day
its not in a good spot AT ALL i think
now i have to figure out how to save the $50 Corolla, it went from a $500 car to a basic salvage once I found the leak :(

Yeah, snow mobile routes are really popular in the area I'm from as well as up north, once again the dirt works really great for that, haha. I'm not super sure what they do for all of the roads, I do know the routes are treated like roads though; you have to register if you're passenger/commercial/recreational etc. but people just usually use them as a means to get to lakes and stuff to ice fish.

Idk what kinda condition the rolly is in, but if it's not in immaculate shape otherwise and you can't fix it for cheap, I'd probably start looking for another. Totally recommend a 9th gen ;)
