You have most of it right.

I ran 4g to my blue sea for 100 max load.

You do not need a fuse between the relay and fuse box. The hot wire coming off the fuse box powers the relay, and the relay is activated by a switch. The switch is powered by a separate circuit. The switch is not part of the circuit. It just activates it.

I think those blue sea boxes are 30 amps per circuit, 100 amps max on the fuse block simultaneously. I only ran 14 gauge off my fuse panel to my accessories as that's what the leads were off the relays and that should be able to handle most 30amp circuits.

You can buy that hella relay box if you want smaller relays, or just wire up your own relays. I have some 30 and 40 amp ones laying around with harnesses

Next time I see you I'll walk you through what I did and how the relays work.

Well this was fun. Had just finished shoveling the driveway, had backed the truck up it, turned around to go inside and heard a scraping sound.

Yeah, turns out my truck slid down my still-icy driveway. Time to invest in some proper snow tires and/or salt.

Don't use salt if you own your home.
You'll end up spalling out chunks of the concrete.

The last time we talked about this was like back in July and I have shit memory. If I could get a 12 slot fuse box with relay's built in I'd do it. But blue seas only sells fuse boxes.

Seeing how I just now finished shoveling my driveway, I can only conclude that
    A. Home Depot was out of shovels.
    2. The shovel immediately broke. Or
III. You are currently stuck in a ditch somewhere.

I really hope it's not the latter as my back is shot and I'm done for the night.

My issue with some of those larger relay/all in one boxes is the size. I need to be able to fit it in the tray I buy. I need to draw everything up in CAD still, but with everything I previously listed this is what I'm looking at

That’s really good to know, because I’m pretty sure snow tires are a lot cheaper than a new driveway, thanks.

I drove around all afternoon in 4WD low with the rear axle locked. The roads are nice and shitty in Boulder.

dont worry, I was throttling it out most of the time. High range doesn’t let my truck rev up fast enough for fun, so I leave it in 2nd or 3rd I’m low range and it reached the peak power curve easier and coincides with getting me to a good speed to then start sliding around.

If I were in hi range, I’d step on it and have nothing happen for a second or two and then the rear tires would just spin excessively.

I’ve had a lot of practice with this truck and now it’s a little different with the camper on the rear.

If you've got a few more bucks, and little time to wait for it to be built, take a look at https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ongoing-small-batch-bussmann-rtmr-5relay-10fuse.400458/
I went this route, and the build quality is really nice. Now I just need to get off my @ss and install it
