I don't. I have zero experience in welding. Honestly, another option I was considering was taking a ROP welding class to teach myself how to make/fix miscellaneous things for the truck lol. Thanks for reaching out man, I appreciate it

Find a fab/race shop in your area. Anyone with a brake could fab that up in short order. Short trackers usually all have a brake in their shop. Seek out a racer & ask.

Bought a Me-So Customs Overhead Molle Rack for my Access Cab - also put my name on the wait-list for the Molle panel to replace the rear seats (which I tore out last night).

Hooked up fog lights via the factory wiring (non-factory switch) and bypassed relay so they can be on any time - bypassed the A/C on with Defrost - changed all interior and exterior lights to LED (something that carried over from the time I did it on my old F-150 Lariat) - Added a QC 3.0 USB outlet via the buttons below the A/C controls - added AVS in-channel visors - Cut the damn front mudflaps to a manageable size - added an all weather 3D Maxpider front and rear liner - changed out the factory blinker relay with a diode dynamics to get that super nice wig-wag hazards flash - hard-wired a dash-cam - installed a rear camera mirror with the IMMRYO lift bracket (but for whatever reason it's not working right, acting like the Camera + and Camera - wires are reversed, giving a picture like the old skinemax channels used to have, but they're not) - used some u-bolts to add my front plate to the truck so I didn't need to drill the bumper - added Redline elite hood struts

More to come and some I forgot.

im thinking plastic would be cheaper. although metal would be just fine too. I am looking to protect the tailgate from my Leer cap

You're right. I completely missed the "double cab" part of his website. Well. Shit. Also you didn't specify, so I assumed you meant the rear panel molle not the overhead.

I just sent him an email asking if it will work with an access cab (worst case, I get refunded, best case, I get nutserts or similar mounting hardware)

Hmm, let me see what I can do, I'm thinking ABS, using the stock one for a mold but with a longer tail so to speak.
