    Hi,

What's the best tonneau cover for Tacoma? I am looking to order hard fold from BAKFlip MX4. Submit photo of your tonneau cover on tacoma.

What are you looking for out of a cover? Does it need to be a hard tri fold? Lots of good covers out there that suit many different needs.

That’s the one I have ... I paid $799 for mine after $100 mail in rebate from bak.

IMG_1070.jpg It fits snug and has a very clean look. Was worth the extra coin, glad I purchased the MX4.

Looking for Hard, tri fold design. It needs to be durable and something I can lock.

I love how this fit. It looks amazing and smooth. If I get it in time with discount and rebate from the website I provided, I think it would be around $772 and shipping is free. I had roll up on my old cover it was good but didn't last long with all the folding and etc.

    Appreciate this photo.

I did unfortunately no one is running similar deals. This is the best I found. I will wait until tomorrow morning before placing the order. Just don't want to loose out on the opportunity as the original retail price is around $999 vs. black Friday at $772, I can use the saving to buy Xmas gift ...maybe for me..lol

I purchased the G2 almost 3 years ago for $675 shipped. Made a thread about it back then too. Might be worth checking out.

I like the G2 as well but not too sure about the glossy finish. Is it very glossy? I also looked at undercover, retractable options and soft fold earlier too. I checked the website and looks like there are more discount now. So many good covers, sound like Bak is well known.

It's not very glossy. Are you worried about it being reflective? It's not at all.

I’m a fan of Diamondback. It’s on the pricey side but for me it helps maximize my Tacoma for hunting, camping and lumber transporting. I got the HD version that can hold up to 1600 lbs. The SE can hold up to 400 lbs. We just hauled all the Xmas trees on the top and it was the easiest time we’ve ever had and with the least amount of cussing...LOL I’ll try and add a pic or hopefully another DB owner will.

I’ll second the LoMax cover. For me, the value and functionality are exactly what I was looking for (secure & dry storage).

This is the one I have..https://extang.com/solid-fold-2-0..cannot open unless you drop the tailgate. My tail gate has a keylock...so loosely defines locking capabilty. I like it so far....Not waterproof but to me it was still an upgrade from the rollups. Hope this helps

I got a Rough Country and have been happy with it. When I looked up bakflip it was just shy of a grand and that's exactly what a buddy paid for a long bed chevy... my 5ft bed has same cost? Kinda gave me a bad taste ya know so that's what prompted the Rough Country
