@Plastics Guy Durobumps. Unless you're going to hydro off the UCA/Spindle. His stuff leaves the competition in the dust, with a cracked spine.

    Almost everything
You can’t just remove it unless you don’t want the trans to shift and no Speedo. The signal from the rear sensors run thru it before it goes to everything. On mine I just removed all the lines going to it and just left it plugged in.

Does that cause christmas tree lights on the dash, or does the ECU still think everything is good?

Are they taller than wheelers? I’m running bypasses. Don’t really want to run hydros too.

Per their website they're about the same height but slimmer.

    Whole lotta stuff
You should be fine with a bypass. You can already tune for a bump zone.

"DuroBumps are not a replacement for air or hydro bump stops. DuroBumps are for trail off-roaders, rock crawlers, and overlanders. At a minimum, DuroBumps require proper suspension setup and roll cage to safely and responsibly drive at high speeds off-road. Our products are not recommended for high-speed pre-runner applications nor towing. DuroBumps are the industry-leading premium bump stops available on the market and we’re sure you will agree!"

Yeah I read all that on the site. And definitely using last bypass zone as a bump. I was just curious. I’m using wheelers with a spacer now.

Wanna let everyone know that Tommy at TT was involved in a pretty serious accident in the long weenie... broken bones and head trauma.. his wife is ok but he was airlifted out. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers so he can make a full recovery and back to building trucks.

4" with a 4" dovetail no bed. Heard advanced 7" doesn't require you to kick out the rear.

Thanks. Im a couple inches wider than the tundra axle. I wonder if I can get away with the 7" advanced or if the little extra width of 8" fiberwerx will get it done. I still have my bed, well some of it anyways. My tires stick out a fair amount past my 4" current glass. You can see in the second pic below.

Yes I’m 4wd with abs still hooked up. My abs module is on the drivers side right next to the master cylinder.

@DMCtacoma would be a good source as he is also pre-09 and done all this. 09 t and newer the electronics all changed.

I switched from wheelers to durobumps and the difference is night and day. They aren't hydros, but they are much better, and the dual-durometer is not a gimmick, if you hit them hard enough you can feel the progressive spring effect.
