My tail lights aren’t turning on with my headlights. Brake lights and turn signals still work. I do have aftermarket turn signals and brake lights, but not sure what’s going on. Any help is appreciated!

I also have a camper shell wired up, not sure if it could be interfering. Thanks.

Just disconnected the camper shell, tail lights still don’t work. Brake lights are fine. Super confused.

Look in your manual and find the applicable fuses and change them. Leave your shell disconnected ...try then...then connect the shell back...if you lose them again, you've narrowed it down

It’s the blue fuse bottom right correct? How do I take it out and where do I get replacement?

There's a "couple" of blue fuses there...what's labelled on the underside of the cover?

if you're not sure on how to check the fuse just save yourself the trouble and take it to a mechanic. even a pep boys should be able to locate the problem.

I think YouTube would be your best resource. Not hating but if you dont know how to remove a fuse then a video will be your best bet… you can find just about anything on the tube and it’s visual

Can I replace it with a 5 or 10 amp fuse or does it have to be a 7.5? I don’t have a 7.5 atm.

Never go with a bigger fuse.

Would a 5amp be okay temporarily?

Maybe in this case. The only problem with that would be not knowing the peak amps. If the lights peak at higher than 5 but lower than 7.5, then you could blow the 5. I doubt it will happen, but its possible.
So, if there is a true issue that blew the 7.5 in the first place, then you put a 5 in it and it blows that, you do not really know if there is a problem or if the fuse blew because it was too small.
How long has the shell been wired up and the aftermarket lights installed in relation to when this issue started?

If you mean, "to get home tonight", or "to test if it's the fuse" then sure. A 5 Amp fuse will blow sooner, so not ideal, but not very unsafe. Get the correct size fuse as soon as you can.
