Holiday ribs coming up to room temp. Kingsford applewood fire started. I like to build the fire with a small pile and build it from the inside out. I'll get it to 200* and put the ribs on for about an hour and a half.

Well.. I know you can make things out of wood.. a few hinges and some rope handles so that it all folds up flat for storage and you're good to go! Plus it'll give you another place to brand your logo!

I cheat and use a Cajun Bandit silicone jacket. Works well not only for insulation in the cold but protection from the wind. Takes up a lot less space then some of the other contraptions I have made\tried.

As long as you don't mind that it looks like you are putting a condom on the WSM...

Great looking pics today, my son is not going to be ready to eat until later this evening. Was going to use the new oven for the turkey but after looking through here just shoveled some of the snow off the deck and unburied a kettle.

Lmao!! I still shoot wondering what iPhone 10 when I’m to lazy to take a real photo.

I’m still learning myself, but my pics have been slowly getting better and better food and truck related lol. I just have the Sony prime lens F1.8 35mm. Still wondering what zoom lens to try.

No not really it slides on and off easily enough. Of course like anything else the more you do it the easier it is. Pretty sure it wouldn't work with a lid hinge kit though. For some reason it keeps me from peeking all the time :anonymous: Which isn't a bad thing, if you're looking you're not cooking.
