Yea it has rained a bit today here as well, with snow on both sides of it. So it is a bit slushy out there

Looks like we got at least 20cm of slush

Another 5-10cm lined up for Sunday. That has become our standard wheeling day each week, I love it when its snowing when we wheel.:cookiemonster:

Maybe he got one of the few good ones. If he needs parts...Like anything you get what you pay for and all comes down to how and what you use it for. For me it doesnt fit the bill. I knew better but I convinced myself at the time that it would be fine as I spent a bunch on other shit and couldnt ignore the low price. Gears are in rough shape, waiting for it to slip at the wrong time. Cant rely on it now. The thing is destroying itself during spool up.

I wonder if instead you just got a bad one.

There's a few of us here with them without issue, and I know a few guys like Adrian and other guys that wheel really hard with their Jeep that have the same x20 with no issues.

For what it's worth I've actually seen more guys with the $1700 warn zeon have more issues than the x20.

it's got so much unnecessary crap :annoyed:

All that's need is forward, back and free spool.

Hell why even use a winch when you can fabricobble a steel rim and attach it to your tire like this guy did
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trrEKbc6uqE

oh fuck it, why even do that when 2 sticks works just fine?
    https://www.reddit.com/r/interestin...give_me_a_lever_long_enough_and_a_fulcrum_on/

this gives you an excuse to get yourself a girlfriend faster since 2 people and 2 sticks are faster than 1 person and 2 sticks
