No lie...years ago my dad left a bar and was drunk (I'm not approving this, just sayin) anyhow, he hit a telephone pole and tore his truck up so his goofy ass slid over to the passenger seat. When the cops showed up he told them he was too drunk to drive, another person was taking him home, hit the pole and took off on foot. Told the cops he didn't know who the feller was and never got a ticket. It was entertaining growing up in that house.
