I remember my first Toyota I bought in '88. Several people thought I was an idiot for buying a rice burner. But one of my dad's friends told me to keep him posted on how well it did, he was thinking about buying one. A couple of years later (1990ish) he bought his first 4runner. To this day he's never owned anything except 4runners and his wife only drives Camrys or Avalons.
Boring story but it's all I could come up with.

I remember my first Toyota. It was a 89 with a 4 inch lift, 32 inch tires. That was 1991.

Also "Stout" is a really cool name for a pickup.

I remember as a kid checking the TV Guide or the local paper's Channel Guide for the Skinemax free weekend advertisements. I didn't tell my family that it was a free weekend.
