Too bad you dont live closer. Id be willing to kick a chunk of $ towards one in exchange for having a cage for my tractor bent up. Plus I have a tubing notcher that is useful.

Roll cage components is the number one thing. SCORE rules for a truck in my weight class is 2"x.25 wall. I'm probably going to use 1.75 because I'm not building to the SCORE rule book, and I'm not going 100+MPH either, but I want the ability in my tools.

I ended up with a JD2 Mod 32 with the hydraulic package. Had a wait a bit to buy it, but good tools are worth the extra money.

That’s a solid bender, I wish it was out when I bought my model 3.

I always see everyone complaining about bender prices. Benders are cheap, wait till you have to buy dies. I’ve paid like 5x more for does than I have my bender.

Exactly, I've only got 3 dies for mine and already have more sunk in dies than the bender itself.

My failure to read the rule book. 2x.120 DOM is the correct spec for 4000# or greater trucks.
    CR 33 here:
    http://score-international.com/raceinfo/rule-book/competition-regulations/

2x.25 is frequently used for chassis construction, and I suspect I got the 1.75x.25 number from a DOM to HREW strength conversion.

But it turns out tube that size has to be DOM anyway, because HREW isn't readily available in that size/thickness.

And doubly fucky, now I have to go check all my cage designs since I apparently screwed up somewhere along the way...

I also just signed up for another tour here, so unless someone is offering a hell of a lot for me to move to CO I'm probably staying put for a few more years.

Anybody looking to get rid of their lower control arms? I have a 2016 Tacoma (3rd gen). Im in Southern California, more specifically, Anaheim. I looked through the classifieds with no luck.

Look on Vilmontmarket on Instagram - occasionally there may be some, I just found some UCA's.

Sounds like it. I sold the TCs I had for sale already though. Was just trying to help narrow his search.
