I bought my Prerunner knowing I'd be converting to 4wd; easily paid half what I would've paid if it was a 4x4.

I don't know what Miguel's excuse is; least I didn't lift a 5 lug

Timing belt

remove roof rack and repair roof

install axle shims

carrier bearing

oh and install the new bumper/skids, that'll be fun...well maybe not since I'll be doing it solo with a floor jack.

 

Spcs allow for more adjustment which mean better alignment when you get bigger tires

yeah, long story short he couldn't help himself from posting things just to egg people on and talking crap. He wasn't destined to be around for very long.

it's all pretty easy stuff except the timing belt. Just going to patch the roof with filler or epoxy and paint over it with the same stuff I used on my fender since the color matched well.

 

I have the alignment I need already from my stock UCA's; I don't plan on going higher than my current 2" lift anyway

What you really need is the stock solo arms

 

I got a pallet jack to hold ip the bumper as you bolt it in. So you can do it here easily
