    If you guys ever want to have fun Snow Wheeling go to the Cal 4wdc assoc Winter Fun festival . It's near Grass Valley which is close to Lake Tahoe along the famous Fordyce lake trail



    First time I went on this trail was almost 30 yrs ago

    lytle creek is closeby to the cajon pass. You head up the 15 and exit Sierra before going up the cajon. I’m not dead set on it, I’m free all day so if there’s something better I’m down for it :thumbsup: I’ll link you to a trail review in a sec.

    ideally I’d like to start before 8 or 9, hopefully get done by like 12 or 1

    The plan is to meet at the bottom of the trail, at 1130, possibly earlier, go up Sugarpine to its end at the 138. Then check time and road conditions, and potentially take the 138 into Crestline, over to Green Valley Lake, and drive around the fire roads there, all dependent on time.

    Just got back from our run up 2n49. Trail was nice, got some snow, but the trail was blocked passed the summit by some downed branches and a foot and a half or two of snow, so we stopped, hung out with a bunch of jeeps and a few other trucks before heading down.

    This Jeep was stripped out, looked like it was left pretty recently...
