Hey from KC! Any of you guys know of a sport hood swap/for sale for a black 2016 and up? I’m not having any luck in the Hood Swap thread.

Hmm. I like the idea of going a bit wider for support and corner protection, but if you're not bending it along the body, definitely don't want it to be so wide that you have outriggers to snag trees and rocks with.

Not sure if it’s still going on tojo, but Rago Fabrication was having a sale on several brands of lighting, I remember Baja and Heretic specifically.

Side note, it may have only been on “bundles” with various lights though.

Leave yourself enough material so that when you have to decide you aren’t penalizing yourself.

Call any local auto parts store and ask them to sell you an extended length axle. Their answer is the number one reason I’ll never go long travel.

True. Very true. Been selling Honda parts for over 16 years and moonlighted part time at an O'reillys.
I had already thought about having to build spares.......

I decided to just stick with my stock bumper for the next couple of weeks because I would be pressed for time finishing the other one before I headed down.

I left it 60 in wide so it sticks out 3 in from each side of the tailgate and I got the brackets all welded into it. Still need to figure out a hitch and any side or underbody protection. Then of course the swing outs
