    Hello

Maybe I am not very good on finding specific info on the internet but I have to say I am not finding good information. This is why I signed up today and joined this forum.

Can someone advise on if the wiper fluid pump is on a separate fuse than the wiper motor?

I read that a 10 amp fuse was in the cabin left of my left knee. The only fuse panel I found was in the engine bay behind the battery. The diagram found under this plastic cover has no mention of the WSH 10amp fuse.

My fluid pump is not sending fluid to the windshield. I did find the motor wire harness and know that I need to check the voltage but have no idea on what voltage is being sent to the motor. Can someone advise?

    This is a 4x4 4cyl engine

    Thank you all

    Welcome.

Both those fuses should be under hood in the fuse box there and quite easily marked.

    I'm guessing you have wipers.

Have you tried sitting in the truck in the dark with the key on but the engine off and have the dome light on. Activate the fluid pump. If the pump has a good fuse, you will see the dome light dim slightly.

So from your info I read there should be 2 fuses in the fuse box under the hood behind the battery. Clearly marked? I’ll have to take a pic to show everyone the diagram. Mine is not clearly marked and the reason for this original post. What is the fuse name for both wiper motor and fluid motor?

Welcome. I highly recommend disconnecting the plug off of the wire that goes into the pump near the bottom of the reservoir and cleaning it very well. The two prong connector on mine built up corrosion and one day it stopped working altogether. Cleaned it up, sprayed some wd40 and contact cleaner in both the female plug for the truck's harness and the male plug on the pump on the reservoir and that got mine going again. Could be a very simple fix if you have the same issue as me.

    cheers and welcome aboard
