You will never hear anything but blame when Alabama loses. They never get outplayed, they lose it themselves...and the other team never beats them, some outside forces cause it.

 

Well Tua was good enough to start on his chosen team and Burrow had to transfer to get playing time. So there's that. The new offensive coordinator is definitely a great fit for Burrow.

Mississippi was lit up earlier this evening while Bama was boinking kicks. Large hail. Outside chance some of these storms make it to severe level in our state.




Mainly the instability is in South Alabama but you guys up North keep a weather eye.



Helicity and shear will continue to stay elevated along and ahead of the front, and combined with the rising instability, that is the main reason why we continue to have a severe storm threat throughout the rest of the night and through the overnight hours.



If you have a weather radio, just make sure it's on. Better safe than sorry ya know.

What does that matter at all?

burrow broke his thumb and lost the job at Ohio state. I don’t see why having to transfer discredits his ability though. I still say Tua was a product of his surroundings.

 

LSU beat Bama plan and simple. Auburn won b/c Bama made more mistakes than they could overcome. Bama was very sloppy and Auburn was on point. Good win for Auburn

 

Burrow is also a product of his surroundings. The LSU offense, and for that matter Bama's offense, has never been this high powered that I can remember. Like most great teams, the offensive scheme is setup to bring out the QBs best.

Still think Burrow will win the Heisman.

 

Completion percentage alone speaks more to burrows skill than anything. To hit an 80 yard bomb td versus hitting 8 in a row 10 yard passes doesn’t compare. Anybody can get a blown coverage it’s throwing into windows and reading defenses that separates a good qb and a qb with tons of talent around him. Plus Alabama has hands down the best receiving corps any sec team has seen in my lifetime.

Oh for sure. LSU has always fought bama for most nfl players and is just such an nfl factory. But never translates to success at LSU. It is this year. Gotta sustain it.

 

I think it speaks volumes that just having a great receiving corp is not enough based on the Iron Bowl tonight.

If oklahoma st wins tonight. Next weekend will mean for with Utah playing Oregon. It will make selection day really interesting.

 

yeah Bama's D is not in the same league as previous years. They would get killed in the playoffs without Tua.
