The turning radius isn't that much worse with the procomp, but like krookz said you can add to it...

You weld these little spacer plates on the LCAs when you install the lift, so it stops it from turning too far. I guess you could leave them off and it would turn farther, but they're obviously there for a reason. I'm not sure what parts it might over-extend if you didn't put those on there.

It's doing great! I hardly drive it, (I just passed 30k miles) I have a Camry that I use as a daily driver. Mostly use my truck for Dirtbike riding. If it wasn't paid off I'd really consider selling it. I'm still hoping that the Super Ferry will come back, so I can actually use my 4WD.
As for turning radius? I just climb the curbs!:p I don't really find it necessary to U-turn.:D

Do you have the basic kit? Buy the C/O's and crank them up a bit so they clear better!

Well Fabtech C/O's will run about $750 but you might want to spend the little extra and buy a set of Icon's?

Since you have the Procomp kit you can actually crank it up another inch and your CV's will be fine! But you might need larger blocks for the rear.

What would be the difference if you installed a 6" kit, either brand, and used 886 coils(or FJ coils) and better shocks on the front instead of the stock coils and shocks? My 3" kit uses the FJ coils and Bilstein shocks with a sway bar drop bracket. I am running 285's on a 18X9 rim and only had to do minor trimming to the inner fender and flare on the front of the wheelwell.
