My first thought was a ball joint or tie rod end.
Could also be your swaybar bushings. Try shaking that from the middle of the sway bar.
    Could be strut top hats.
LCA cam bolts should be 100ft lbs. *Note on the front you torque the bolt, on the back you torque the nut, don't torque the wrong one or you'll change your alignment.

Thanks for the input. Upper ball joints are new (SPC uppers), lower ball joints and inner/outer tie rods went on with the new LCAs. Sway bar bushings are likely shot, strut top hats have less than 10k miles on them (doesn’t mean they aren’t the problem but they’re new).

I’m going to try to get under the truck and check torque on the LCA cam bolts this weekend. And if I feel like removing the skid plate to get to the middle of the sway bar I can grab it with both hands and shake like hell.

If that doesn’t help, I may use this as an excuse to pickup a GoPro on Black Friday or cyber Monday and try to get video evidence of where exactly the sound is coming from.

It may also be possible the strut top nut wasn't torqued down enough which is causing the strut to shift in the top hat. Check that nut too.

You're going to have to take the skid plate off if you want to properly torque the LCA bolts. It gets in the way of the front bolt.

My swaybar bushings went out and I was able to lift/shake the bar and see the play in the busing where it attaches to the frame. If you need new ones I should have some lightly used Moog ones. I no longer need them because No Swaybar > Swaybar.

I just refuse to pay for 50+ channels I won't ever watch. Cable companies have shot themselves in the feet NOT providing ala carte TV. They're attempting it, now finally, but it's a far stretch of how it could really be.

Yeah we have internet and then just have streaming services. But honestly by the time you add it all up, we’re paying more for all of that than if we have internet and cable. We have an apple box with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and now Disney +

Yupp. 08 Ford Explorer (exploder) came in for a bearing issue (clearly) ended up needing the left front hub and bearing, left front axle, front pads and rotors, left front caliper, right outter tie rod and rear pads/turn rear rotors

I’ve got a Foxwell scanner that’s “supposed” to do TPMS sensors. Haven’t tried it yet for that. How central are you? Might not be to far to drive for “maybe”.

I’ve been looking for a reason to go to bardstown today, so that helps. Lol!

I’ll send you a PM in a minute with contact details. You may need to have a windows laptop with USB, if this thing needs a firmware update.

I got rid of my playset here, so throwing this out there.

    Free in Cincinnati

Anyone want a Bowflex? My parents dropped it off at my house years ago and it just collects dust. I would like to have it gone by Sunday or it will end up on the curb. Cleaning out the basement.

I really can’t believe anyone buys these.
Btw, I recognized your truck from your avatar I passed you the other day in IH and guessing you live in TP cause your truck was in a driveway there.

Haha ....If I were local Id probably take it....I dont have a truck either lol. Wife would probably use it to do resistance 'stretching' instead of using those silly rubber bands.
