Is anyone removing their sway bar after switching to 6112's and 5160's? If so how does it ride? I'm debating taking mine off of my Sr5 when I install my suspension.

This is a big debate amoungst the community. Some people took it off and some people still have it on for road safety. I have had mine off since I put on the lift.......no problems at all......just be a little more aware of going around corners at high speeds especially with stuff being on your truck making it top heavy.

With your TRD OR wheels and the 255s, were you only required to run a spacer because of the JBA UCAs? If I rant stock UCAs would I need one? I'm looking to get 255s to run with my 6112/5160 set up and RXT leafs out back.

Correct, I only run a spacer because of the JBAs.

With stock UCA you do not need spacers and will not rub.

Also, you're going to love that suspension set up!

I've been riding around on mine for a few months now. 6/5 up front, stock UCAs for now, 5160s in the back on Icon RXT on 1 on Cooper ST Maxx 255/85r16 and I have to say, I'm loving it. Sure, it's not a $5k King setup, but it didn't cost me $5k either.
Way better than stock in all regards

Any pics? I just ordered this setup but at notch #4 and I got a pro comp spacer to account for lean. Also went with a toytec progressive AAL not sure if I’ll use it or not want to see what it looks like without it first.

Yeah looks real good. I’m gonna put it all together and leave the leafs off and see what it looks like without em and then add em if I feel it needs it. Appreciate the pics!

My alignment went fine, but I also went to a buddies shop that specializes in custom suspension, so he knew what he was doing.
No rubbing and I've tried. We'll see when I go to 295/75/16 in the spring if that changes. Highly likely . :sawzall:

I started out with the fronts on 4/3 but once it settled after a week and 200kms of dirt road the truck looked like a stink bug there was so much rake. Right now have 1" which is just what I wanted. That's with a constant 100+lbs daily in the toolbox.

I plan on doing this same set up for my 2019 TRD OR 6112 front SPC UCA, 5160 rear with toytec AALs now my question is. Are spacers on the 6112 absolutely necessary to get rid of taco lean? I thought that’s why they offset the coils when you buy them? This was probably answered already but this thread is hella long lol.

This how I'm sitting at notch 6/5 without an add a leaf. Tire 265/75r16. Might be hard to tell but it's got some reverse rake. I have the aal just waiting for a day I can install. I figured after I install the leaf I can either remove it or add a 1/4" spacer if I don't like the rake after.

I think spacers are only needed if you don't set them for driver/passenger. I'm at 6/5 and sit dead even.
Some seem to want to avoid the extra preload on one side, but I haven't noticed any difference in ride quality from either side. Plus, that's how Bilstein says to set it.

Personal preference. Would rather have struts at the same notch setting and run a spacer on the driver side to offset lean.

okay If it’s more of a personal preference thing then I’ll probably just stick with the off set of the coils. If Bilstein says that’s the way, then I going follow that lol.
