SCS Rays 10 Matte Jet Black!!

I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of SCS Rays 10 in Matte Jet Black in 17s. Convince me I’m doing the right thing!! It’s a big purchase. Will they look good??!!..

Lol Was just being a smart ass. Where did you find the wheels in stock? I love the 10s, but hate the chrome beads on them.

 

I know you were just bust’n my balls man. My concern was really about how they would look. I just wanna make sure I’m happy with them. Since my SR5 rims are almost black I think they should look pretty sweet!

 

Forgot to mention I got the wheels at Toyota of Bellevue, Washington. They have 2 sets of 17x8.5 Matte Jet Black and 1 set 17x8.5 in Bronze.

 

Yeah I ran out of $$ after my wheel purchase..mine are sitting waiting for the shoes

I did the same thing my friend. Bought the wheels 6 months ago, waiting on tires to wear out. By the way, my daughter just moved to Statesville NC.

 

Nice! From here and moved to the beach after college, but moved back a couple years ago mainly because of the sorry company I was working for at the time..Trying to get away again and try something new.
Not much in Statesville, but being central to a couple major interstates there are many day trips to be had that can make for memorable moments!

 

Sounds good, we have not been there yet. They moved there from Goldsboro when she got out of the Air Force. She married a local and he is a pastor at Jonestown Bible church in Statesville.

 

Got the invoice for them, and the parts guy sent me a pic of the wheels. Can’t wait! Now to do some tire shopping.

I bought gunmetals from them.

 

The gunmetal color was my other choice. For some reason the black won me over. They look nice on your rig no doubt!!

 

Just curious, did you check with Freeman Toyota to see if they had what you wanted in stock?

 

Ray 10s are classic. You can always find a buyer if you don't like them.

 

I did call Freeman first, as I am very familiar with that area and dealership. Even though I don’t live in Texas at the moment I felt compelled to check with them first. Always rather deal with the home team first I guess. All they had were some 18s available, not other Ray 10s. They did have some SR8 in stock but I was looking for Ray10
