    Howdy
    Stumbled onto this forum when looking for ideas for my 03 xtra cab. Nice place y'all have. I really like how you've made the answers to standard new guy questions as obvious as possible. I do only one other forum and I guess it's the same everywhere. So in the interest of avoiding mass eye rolling, I'll spend some time on the stickies.

    My 03 has 136k on the meter and I've decided to keep it, and revisit the new truck thoughts every 25k or so. The machine runs great and is bone stock. I try not to drive like a teenager and keep up on the maintenance. We've made many Florida to California trips and wouldn't hesitate to leave tonight if I had to.

    It's never been my intention to do anything more than fire roads or light trails, and my 2wd has never been inadequate. The medium range plans are to find a trailer in the tow range and do some camping and travel after the first of the year.
