    Word G! I got some more work done in the garage yesterday and so I took some pics that ill post later.

    Fedex stood me up and didnt deliver any of the 6 shipments marked as on the truck and out for delivery

    Gonna try my hands at some pork loin. Using the pit faced bbq rub which is so tasty. I mixed the regular and spicy

    Gonna let it sit for a bit and then onto the smoker with hickory pellets.

    Im building up to brining and smoking a fresh ham's leg. Ive been roped into hosting xmas for the future mrs's family next year. Im going to use it as a reason to go nuts on smoking a hams leg and also a turkey... hell, maybe more. any meat is better when slow smoked, fact. so its a winning prop imo
