What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

You saved a bunch of time waiting for one from Relentless directly.

 

Relentless, the gas money for the trip was about 1/3 of shipping for a new one. It was never put on, guy decided to sell his truck before he installed it.

Finally installed my Wheelers brake lines from 2018 black friday. Those clips are not fun to get out. Didn't notice much difference in the brake pedal but I think I need to bleed them again, took forever to get the rears bled.

 

Have you done the front lines yet?

 

Nice; I have somehow 2 extended rear brake lines new in package and haven't even installed 1

Drove the 99 around more than I’d like to admit the last 3 days, I think I spent like 36ish hours in the drivers seat, just trying to find one of these stupid bitches.

Turned this when I pulled into my apartment.

You should maybe ask @MattJakobs to have a look at his for comparison. Think he's been running the Solo MT lower arms for around a year. I don't think he's had a problem with his.

He's 3rd gen 4runner if that makes any difference.

 

Went and picked up a set of leafs to lift my son's 2nd gen today




He ordered the shocks/coils as well.



Then I took advantage of Cyber Monday and ordered some projectors for my truck.



Then we went to grab another load of toys to take on our Toy Run this Saturday.



Aaaand then... I replaced ANOTHER door handle.

 

Thoes shocks were cool back in the day. Try turning the knob at the bottom and see if that makes a difference in the ride. There use to be a remote for them that you could put in the cab that would soften or stiffen the ride.
Now days all the cool kids have clicky shocks. What's old is new again.

Anyone know of any bulb socket/housing plug/pigtails for the blinkers?

My drivers side came out and yeeted itself into my tire on the way home last night I guess.
