Yeah, I'm self employed currently, but that could be something really cool on the side or whatever.

I listen to them at the gym a lot, good for keeping my motivation going for at least a half hour before it hopelessly fades and I go home lol.

I know they did the FJ Cruiser in radiant red as well...but that particular red in JKO's photo looks to be darker than radiant red but lighter than the Barcelona red (or whatever the other red is Toyota used then). Might be a custom job

I'm starting to think I hate that thin, stretched wide swamper tire look more than anything on a Tacoma or Toyota pickup.....see them all the time on IG particularly in Hawaii. "won't find another one like this", lol yeah right. Plus a 3.0, no thanks

San Diego is basically now L.A. and one of the many reasons I left. Between Pendelton and Miramar MCAS, San Diego is more of a Marine town than a Navy town. I had friends in both and lived on Coronado for almost 10 years. I know there were those that did like service members but fortunately, I never met any that I know of. My stepdad is a retired Naval Aviator, my ex-wife's husband is a retired SEAL. I've never had anything but respect for those in the service and always will.

And thank you for your service. My only regret in this life is that I never signed on with the Marines when I was should have and am now too old. Ex-wife nixed it at the time and I was thinking with the wrong head. Ironically, she later married a SEAL.

Thought I was the only one; took some self-control to keep myself from posting the ones I saw on here from Hawaii with their big ass 6" lift....I mean you can't even go off road with those things

I've had an offer to trade my track bike for a "big block suburban" and another offer to trade my Ram for a custom dirt tracker motorcycle. :frusty:

yeah there's a big scene for those over in Hawaii, usually with extremely sketchy/tall stacked lift kits. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of wrecks involving those trucks over there from failed lift components, stacked wheel spacers or wheel/tire failures from overstretching the things

Never understood those trucks at all. Lots of locals everywhere building trucks like that. Reminds me of ghetto, rigged version of SEMA trucks imo. 6-12 inch lifts 22-24 inch rims 12 inches wide with 33 35 inch tires. WTF is the purpose? "Oh it's for looks, I'm bulding it to look good". Okay then leave it stock and put on the rims and tires? do street tires with 22's who gives a shit, but why the extra money to make it look worse and ride worse, and provide no benefit?
