I picked up a new ride last week, I just hope we have some decent riding weather left this year. Its an 05 R1 raven edition, rear fender delete (of course), Two Brothers slip ons, frame sliders, smoked dub bub windscreen, flush mount LED front signals and a signal integrated LED tail light. It also has a red LED lighting kit on it, but I'm not big on those things.

Hey.... I even got the truck in the background :D

None, factory diff lockers are great.
Good looking bike. If the mods were already on it when you bought it the prior owner did it right.

    Congrats, nice bike......

+1 on the Two Bros Exhaust. All it/they are good for is noise, lots of noise. There are enuf people out there trying to make any and all aftermarket exhaust systems illegal. Pipe builders like Two Bros just make it harder for the rest of pipe builders to keep making and selling quiet systems that still sound good, make power and save weight..... Please don't add to the problem.. Leave the "loud pipes are cool and save lives" to the Chrome and Noise Parade Harley/cruiser crowd...

Mini rant over... Once again nice bike, have fun and be semi safe.. :D

Thanks for all the comments guys, the Two Bros. exhaust I actually like alot. I don't like loud sport bikes but this exhaust is just right.

Congrats man, those are fun. I personally prefer the R6 over the 1K, but nice bike nun the less.

I am done, at the moment, with inline 4's... love the L-twins now.

I was told that I can't have a cruiser till I'm 35 haha but don't want one for a long while.

You just can't beat a really curvy road on a sport bike. Those who have dragged knees understand... much better than any trick/stunt.

:(. I'm about to buy a 2007 R6 Raven Edition. I know the risk and had buddies in the past take some nasty falls. Some hung up the helmet and some still ride. . .

This is a very hard decision to make. I really want to buy my bike but I'm scared of LA traffic. :(

Sorry to Hear about your friend Steve. Be safe out there.

^ I rode when I was younger and it was something that I grasp and learned quickly. I loved it as my buddy loaned me his older Ninja to ride around on. I rose that bad boy with NO license for 2 months and built a passion for riding. Its like no other! However I never had the $$$ to buy a bike, afford school, rent, and life. . .

I'm now a lot better off and ready to buy my 07 R6. I just fear I'm at an age I should think family. Starting one is what I'm saying. . . *SIGH* Its like I let this part of my Dream slip away when I had to chance in my youth. . .
    :(

I'm on the Brink of buying it against my Girls choice. . .
We've been going back and forth for 2 years now about it.
