I am available when ever you guys get here, I will make sure of it!@

Snow shoeing is one the things the wife and I really enjoy in the winter. Go way out in the bush and snow shoe where no one else has been all winter.

The date may have to be a little flexible for the season, snow does not always play the way you want.

I will spam some of my vids here to tickle some interest.

This is what you can look forward to :cookiemonster:

    Dax knows this spot

I'm very interested. Wether I can make it or not depends mostly on work situation. Like Llamasmurf, I enjoy snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, as well as trail breaking with my Ski doo Tundra.

One of the last pieces I am putting in place is figuring out exactly what trails we can use that are not groomed, numbered, snow machine trails. They groom a lot of the trails, so it limits the ones we can use. I will figure it all out.

Timing will be tricky. Playing in deep snow is fun. However, getting in a snowstorm on the drive up there will be shitty.

Yes sir you are 100% correct,

The weather will the hardest thing. If its -30C, -40C that is not what you want to snow wheel in either. Recoveries in -40C would be rather dangerous.

Good points both, I'll add some warnings in the first post.
-40 for me is fine, try in -60C and then we talk :)

I hope you have a set of gaiters that go over them as well, last year the bush we will be wheeling in had over 4' of snow.

I dont snow wheel with out my gaiters, they are a requirement  Snow getting down in the top of my boots and making the bottoms of my pants wet, then frozen, then wet, then frozen :anonymous: is well behind me now.

With windchill maybe. At work, we couldn't find actual -40C anywhere in Canada for cold soak testing a few years ago. Ended up sending a team to Yakutsk...

All that new work I am sure Eugene wants to plunge into some snow, I will just keep adding pics :anonymous:

I will just turn around right here...

Every single time I turned around that day I got stuck :cookiemonster:

The trails are primo right now, none of the swamps are frozen so they cant groom trails yet for snow machines. They are all open for me to use in the snow!@
