    Morning early risers..

    Went to a friends 60th birthday party last night in lovely downtown Christmas Florida!! This guy is my brother from a different mother, we've been friends since Jr. High.. The whole family is one of the most gifted musical families I've ever had the pleasure to know. Oldest brother plays the mandolin, next younger sister plays the base, my buddy plays, well anything with strings on it. All by ear, no sheet music involved.. Last night he was playing the fiddle. We all ate, BS'd, and then they setup and jammed for almost 2 hours.. Best relaxing Bluegrass evening with friends and family I've had in over a year..

    Woke relaxed and not really ready for the workday but at least seeing green grass when I took the dog out.. 46* this morning, light wind, high to be mid 60s...

    Everyone be SAFE today in the cold country!!
