I got 2 hrs shift left, 1.5 hrs drive (with running the other 2 guys to their houses), then maybe an hour nap before I get up and ready for dental appt...long night followed by long day. But I do NOT work Wed night and should sleep good by then.

Not sure what direction your storm is coming from but we started getting rain last night. Not much this morning but looking for it this evening and again Sunday.

Just got back from the Pain and Torture Palace after 1.5hrs of fun . My PT noticed muscle wasting / atrophy in my left leg along with increased instability . So he did some exercises to see how bad it was like sitting in wheeled swivel chair and using my legs to move around the room

Besides feeling my hamstrings burning I could only go 15' before I was exhausted . My PT after that exercise was concerned that there's definitely a neurological disorder on the l/side of my body as he also noticed my left hand was shaking uncontrollably

The PT for my r/knee is going well but slowly but I'm happy with the ROM #'s which are extension at -10° and flexion at 115° . As mentioned I'm progressing slowly but my PT is happy . He does want me to be very cautious/ careful when I'm walking and to use my cane as I have an increased risk of falling
