I guess by ordering on Wednesday night I got lucky.

 

I haven’t been anywhere cool since I put these on, but they are pretty cool. I really like everything about them. The DRLs are extremely bright. Once adjusted the lows and highs are excellent. Plus I really just like the white color.

 

We should be able to split ship I do believe--just contact us with the order number and request a split ship!

Edit: I spoke prematurely, my apologies! Since we're covering cost of shipping here, we would not be able to split the order until we get more fog lights in stock (which won't be long--more are already on the way)

 

Is yours a Sport and if so, which Pro grille did you go with?

 

Thanks for this info! I was told that everything would ship in one box and would be delayed by the fogs. @Dampahee - let me know if you call and they can ship the headlights before the fogs!

 

FWIW: Over the holiday weekend, our CS team answered 2,417 emails combined. Monday, we answered 989 calls, 1,057 emails, took 2,161 orders, and shipped 1,546 packages--all new one-day records. If you had difficulty reaching us then, I apologize, but we had 24 people on phones all day, me included, from 8:30A-5:30P. If you emailed us during the sale period, we'll get back to you ASAP and gladly honor sale promotions even after the fact now (except the below).

For those unsure about the free fog promotion: the ad specifies only a 24 hour guarantee on featured deals, and we offered free fogs for a total of just more than five days--well beyond what we promised in the ad. I certainly apologize for any confusion with this, and all orders placed before Monday morning (when we saw we SEVERELY oversold them) will get free fogs as promised.

Well, let me be the first to say Thank You! I think you guys did an excellent job. I read somewhere that this was the biggest grossing black friday ever and it sounds like TRS was no exception. Also, to honor your special through the entirety of the deal (and through stock depletion) shows a huge commitment to customer service. It's one thing to have a great product but it puts you in a whole different league if you can pair that with great service. Good on you guys and I'm sure it'll bring positive things to the business!

I was told to call back closer to 12/20 for an exact shipping date. I figure I'll do that or just wait for the email...

 

Man these look great. I see from your avitar pic that you had a retrofit (or at least BHLM and halos) previously. Any reason you chose these over that?

Hopefully it shouldn't take that long! We're trying to get them literally ASAP so we can ship all these lights out and regain some warehouse space!

 

For all that are having issues, hang tight. These lights are amazing and you guys are getting a killer deal by getting a discount on the lights and getting free fogs compared to us who pre-ordered them and only got the lights and paid more than most of you with this deal.

No complaints here because I love the lights and glad I was in the first batch of people to rock them

I'm having a hyper flash problem with my right and only right headlight. It's good for about 10 - 15 secs then it starts hyper flashing. Have you heard of this problem yet? Any clues on how to fix this?

 

You're probably running LED bulbs in the tails correct? If so you will have to get load resistors

 

I took the resistors off when I got the MESO turn signals cause they were causing hyperflash. Now you're telling me I have to put them back on fuck me

 

I think this is rare, I have not seen anyone have hyperflash
