We were hoping to have them ready by that time, we are a little delayed but they will be up before 2.0 final.

Also 2.0 final for the 2020 will not release in December, but some time after. As we have to sort through the code to find the ram addresses for various things like S mode, cruise control, etc

Perhaps because Mat himself said that he'd be releasing 19800 2.0 beta for the 2020 ECU by the end of November? You know what they say about assuming... ;)

Has anyone experienced idle surge on 19800 91 4.88 tune? My idle has started surging while stopped in drive about 100rpms. I did not have any issues on non 4.88 tunes, or at least I never noticed.

Engine fully up to temperature? If your defrost is on it will "surge" a bit. This is 100% normal even on the stock tune.

A video of what you're seeing would help if you can *safely* get one. Logging would be even better using Techstream or the OVtune logger. If it is a real problem you should open a ticket. Mat does not do support via forums.

All you will get here are the opinions the community is willing to give.

Data logging is a great idea. It’s not a big enough problem to bother Matt I could always flash to something else or reset everything. I figured someone may of had a similar experience.

It’s not the braking system that is causing it this is consistent surging till the truck is moving again. I’ll get a video on my way home. That is if it hasn’t fixed itself yet it is a Toyota after all.

It's definitely not unheard of, but there are a ton of variables that can be a part of the cause. If drive-ability or safety aren't affected carry on and wait for 2.0 final. :burnrubber:

Might try the 0944 4.88 87 octane beta tune if you have it. That tune has been stellar for me. Tip-in and power seems very good for a 87 tune

    I reluctantly agree.

Log and submit for another data point.

first step - turn it off and on again
second step - try hitting it
third step - hit it harder

it works more often than one would think.
