Beautiful rig. Black and white looks good man!

I want to get TRD exhaust eventually. My buddy has it and it sounds great.

Thank you. It’s my favorite truck color combo. I like the TRD exhaust. It has a little rumble but not obnoxious. It does have a small drone in the cab that can be heard on conference calls LOL. I just have to use mute a lot and not lead foot it

She’s my unicorn Taco and I’m blessed to have her. My goal is to get the 275,000 I had on my Tundra.

I feel like these trucks will go 275k no problem. Quite a few members here with pretty high mileage with no major issues.

There's a guy with a 1.2 million mile 2nd gen Taco. Engine blew a head gasket at 880k, and the auto transmission is still original.

    Pretty amazing.

I love my third gen truck. I was an early adopter and had some transmission issues that a few TSb's have taken care of. Love my truck 100%!

My buying experience was bitter sweet. I had a paid off 2008 GMC 3500 4x4 Duramax that was immaculate and low miles. I was gonna drive that thing to the wheels fell off...until a dump truck rammed itself up my ass doing about 65mph.

From the second insurance told me my Duramax was totalled...i new exactly what i wanted. I wanted another Tacoma. I hated that my other truck basically got took away from me but i saw it as an opportunity and ran with it.

The only remorse i have is that the truck that i babied for close to 8 years was gone. And now i have a truck payment again. ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

Holy shit, good thing you were in a full size pick up, nobody got hurt?

Yea, my previous truck was paid off, was pretty nice. I still owe half for my taco, sucks a bit but i really enjoy this truck. I get excited everytime i get behind the wheel and make any excuse just to go drive it.

I was the only one in my truck and i walked away..by the grace of god i might ad. He threw me about 60ft according to the police report.

When i landed my truck was still running, so i turned it off, unbuckled my seat belt and walked away. Pretty crazy.

It was hell of a truck. But we shut the farm down a couple years ago so i didnt have a need for a truck like that anymore. Like i said..
She was babied and paid for.

I’ve had my 2018 for about a year and a half but only about 8,000 miles on it. I have no complaints. The only thing I have noticed that is brought up frequently on here is the shifting issues mentioned in certain situations. But that hasn’t been an issue for me. Before this I had a 2013 F150 and I wasn’t thrilled with the shifting on it to be honest. I tend to think it’s just the way newer transmissions with more gears behave.

    Must be a unicorn!
I love my truck! Have more stuff coming for it right now.
No recent pics that I haven't already posted somewhere else here.

Only regret I have is working weekends and not getting the chance to go and enjoy it offroad!

I have the door speakers in the garage. Canadian Tire had a great sale a few weeks back and one set was paid for with CT money!

The Subaru tweeters and front door speaker adapters sitting in Point Roberts waiting for me to pick them up. Just waiting on the rear door speaker adapters, speaker wire adapters, deck interface to wire up an amp and the TRD shifter ball. They are in Utah currently.

My Taco has a bunch of little issues, very far from perfect and borderline not acceptable. Just wanted to stop by this thread and give my input. Like all you insecure Tacoma defenders jump in a legit complaint thread. Then proceed to give your input on how perfect the Tacoma is.

So no. You do not get a perfect rainbow warm and fuzzy thread.
