Its ok to let the onions sauté til slightly browned. All the herbs called for in the recipe can be substituted with “Herbs de Provence” except for the bay leaves. Use store bought low sodium chicken broth. Salt to taste after you debone, remove skin the chicken. Take your time, I cook while sampling wine and listening to music. Serve with some cilantro, not parsley.

Oh by the way, chicks love it when men cook for them!!

Wonder if my property value just went up due to having a self-filling moat around my home?

You need alligators to qualify for a moat

Spoke with my regional manager about the pay BS and she didn't offer me much. Offered me an extra shift on Friday's cause I asked. So, guess I'll work ~50 hours/week until I'm out as of now. I'll take my OT hours even tho it wont be much. Hope all ur days have been better than mine :(

Btw the first 2 pics are where no vehicles are going through; the water reaches my center caps even though it doesn't look as deep in the pics

still to this day think people like the ones in the cars are wild for driving thru that. Risk water logging an engine in their brand new cars for what?

And as usual for anytime I wrench on a car, a simple job ends up taking 3x longer than expected. Get into the brakes on my brother in laws Optima, find out it needs rotors and pads. So I go get them. I get back and start wrenching to find out the reason it was grinding was due to a seized caliper that caused the pad to wear to the metal real quick. So I go get a new Napa caliper. Get home and figure I would do the good side first and save the bad caliper for later. I get that side almost wrapped up to find out the danged slide pin was seized. So tear it back off and get it to the vice to unstuck it. The rest of the job goes as planned, just in the pitch black of the night haha. I get the oil change done, test drive, all is well.

All in all, 6 hours for a simple brake job. :annoyed:
My buddy said we would be fired if we worked at a dealer haha. Moral of the story is rust sucks. And I have a presentation to write/plan/create tonight thats due to tomorrow that I havent started.
