    Hey all!

Recently did a 2.5" Front and 1" Level in the rear for my 2016 Taco and have had some pulsing vibrations. After hours on the forum and threads I have found out to be a few culprits and would like some ideas or input.

First it could be the alignment being off since it feels near the front. Cool no issue since I am getting new wheels and slapping 285/70R17s on it in a day or two and comes with an alignment.

Second it could be the drive train being misaligned slightly. I had this happen on my 2nd Gen. 07 a few years ago when my trailer blew a tired and yanked my truck hard. Would a Old Man Emu Carrier Bearing Drop Kit be in order or is that some some snake oil that really doesn't do much?

Lastly would be the needle bearing. I called my dealership to ask if they can do it and claim the 3rd gens no longer have it but can replace the bearings on both sides for $600 a pop! Seeing as I have seen plenty on the 3rd gens having them I think they were just trying to shoo me away.

I plan on going through this in the order written above from the least amount of trouble to the most. Unless there is something I might have over looked and missed or have any thoughts on what I have kinda planned out any and all advise would be a HUGE help.

    Thanks!

Did you put it in 4wd to see if it goes away? If so I'd do that first. Also did you align it after you did the lift? Do that to. Your order seems off and I'd do some diagnostics before just throwing money at it in a random order.

What he said. When it vibes throw it in 4wd. If goes away drivers side needle bearing. Replace with ecgs bushing

Alignment is definitely first on the list to do which is in a day or two away. I'll get that done and see if the problem persists. After that I'll look into the needle bearing switch or a ECGS bearing. I just love how the dealership says they do lifts all the time and never have an issue and that the needle bearing isnt in 3rd Gens anymore when they clearly are.

There’s a needle bearing in there. I seen it.
