Do tell what proper compensation would be?

    An Audi TT-RS

A tug from Karen in accounting

A Little Caesars Hot n' Ready

Two Southwest Airlines tickets to Palm Springs

A tug from Karen and a pizza, I would be back for future services in hopes something like this happened again. I would request the same compensation as last time, and say, see you in 6 months.

How often are you guys getting pulled over on a test run?

When techs fuck with my seats, mirrors and radio, it's irritating, but I understand. I don't say peep about those.

If my shit was scattered across the floorboards, or techs were getting pulled over for a moving violation in my vehicle, those things are just plain unacceptable, bottom line.

I wouldn't have thought twice about the seat being moved or a random harmless button pushed but I was pissed someone snooped through every compartment and left the contents of the glove box scattered all over.

Karen needs to be the service writer she has the mom talking down from a ledge thing down for all the Sienna, Camry and Corolla owners. Jake the current service writer and Tacoma owner can't figure out why these 3rd gen Tacoma owners are a massive PITA

Don't let it eat you up inside. It will give you a heart attack.

Toyota will send you a survey in a few days and you can make your anger known

Yeah, I bit my tongue a lot and didn't say everything I wanted to. Was still pissed when I got home. So posted here to gauge if my feelings were justified and what could have been said.

Never thought about Karen and pizza but the wife is gluten free and would more pissed than I was if a tugging accountant worked in the complaint department.

Looking for wheel lock key. Rotated and drove 1.5 miles to reset TPMS. That's my guess. Either way, life's too short - do your own work.

I couldn't get in for my 48000 km service before I would be way past it. Bought the filter, drain plug gasket and a six pack of oil from the dealer. Bought the filter wrench at Canadian Tire. Took about an hour start to finish to change the oil. Not sure I'll ever allow the dealer to touch mine in the future. Their oil is a lot cheaper then Mobil 1. wonder who their suppler is?

At my dealer I have had to look all through glove boxes and center consoles all the time for wheel lock keys or for aftermarket insurance paperwork that's somewhere in the car, I try to put everything back but when the glovebox barely closes cause every piece of paper in the world is inside I'm just gonna try to get it to shut.
I don't let a vehicle leave without driving them around the block, don't need wheels falling off, fault lights coming on, bad noises the customer didn't mention that indicate something dangerous for driving the car
Moving the seat, adjusting the AC, changing the radio, adjusting the mirrors. I do it all if I'm driving a car for more then a mile, usually just turn radio off though, I figure I would like to see out the mirrors since I am not as short/tall as customer and all I see is the side of the car and nothing else if I don't change them, would rather you have to change them back then hit a car in my blindspot.
I live in Louisiana and we get cars with loaded guns in then semi regularly, I really hate it since then I have to deal with it, if it's under the steering wheel I move it to the center console so I don't bump it. I once had a guy leave three loaded rifles on his backseat when I had to remove all the seats, we don't have a good place to store guns for customers and I don't want to be blamed for shit. And I would definitely be worried about guns or drugs(which I also see regurally) if I were to get pulled over, I've never been pulled over in a customers car but it could happen and I don't want problems from the cops.
For you bitching about the 5000 mile due oil change sticker I don't know about your dealer but for us we just punch in the current mileage and a sticker with added 5000 miles and 6 month later date prints out, regardless of what type of oil or how old engine it is, your dealer could be the same.

Isn't inspecting air filters on the list for every service? Not to mention like someone else said, looking for a wheel lock key. That being said they should have put stuff back, that is kind of a dick move.

Toyota uses standard non synthetic oil, better too do your own oil changes.
