I did And I got promoted so it was a good year. I’m extremely lucky to work in a job where I now get the annual bonus. Makes such a huge difference in moral around here!

We usually get 300.00 in gift cards of our choice. I’m usually in Bass Pro or Cabelas in the pew pew department. I buy something every year since I keep losing my guns in boating accidents.

My employer is too cheep and honestly doesn't give a shit about us to give anyone but the VP's and such a bonus. I am surprised we don't have to pay to use the restroom.

No Christmas specific bonus for me. I work for an "Independent, self-supporting state agency", so every year around the beginning of our fiscal year we get a bonus that is their version of profit sharing. We also have the opportunity to sell back our leave twice a year (May and November) but I wouldn't call that a Christmas bonus either.

My company just did it’s 3rd round of layoffs for this year... so no bonuses or raises for us.

I’ve Only been there since April but trying to get the hell out. I Started the week before the 737 max got grounded so it turns out between that and the 777x engine issues it’s not the best time to be in the Aerospace business.

We had our quarterly company meeting this week and it’s never a good sign when the CEO’s first slide is titled “2019, a tough year”
