I saw my roommate for the first time in 2 weeks today. Our schedules are exactly opposite. Honestly works out pretty nice. I get the garage, he gets the master bedroom. We keep the rest of the place clean

 

I get the master, the garage, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the driveway, whatever the fuck I want. Don't even have to keep it clean if I don't want to either. The $2500/mo isn't really that bad either considering the house and area. Been trying to purchase instead of rent but anything decent around here goes for $600k-$700k+. I only have $120k on hand and trying to avoid PMI with 20% down really puts a stick in my spokes.

My dream home recently sold out here. 420k. 8 acres, 2500 sq ft house with incomplete basement and a 2000 sq ft pole barn with a loft.

With that low of miles on a 1990 youre likely gonna have a whole bunch of dryrotted rubber among other things. Imo, low mileage isnt always the greatest thing.

And his price is way low if that mileage is correct. We got $4100 for the 92 with 200k and a semi-blown motor.

 

If this is a local truck, I doubt that it has ever been exposed to any road salt.
