    I'm late to the thread, but for anyone one the fence, get you one of these! I've scrapped all of my other scrapers and just use one of these. Get a little heat on the grates, get the ends of the scraper damp, then press in on a couple of passes if you want to accelerate the process of forming a shape. Otherwise, it'll settle in on its own.

    It does a great job scraping, looks cool as hell, and you get to have a little extra peace of mind regarding little metal bristles falling off. I know the chances are slim, but those scrapers are obsoleted by this product. @wilcam47 might not be first to market with the idea, but these aren't as chincy as the ones in the store and come from a TW member to boot!
