    I’ve been on the fence.

I can afford 2 glass windoors, 2 sliders, or 1 fr door.

I was thinking of even doing 1 side with no windoors so I can use L-track to mount stuff, and the other side a FR door.

@belloinsella Sounds like you may have taken my post in a way I didn't intend at all! You make nice stuff, we make nice stuff, we're all psyched to see other people doing good work. Truly. Just sent you a PM to make sure we're all good.

And on a more relevant note, I am so stoked to pick up my Drifter in two weeks! :yay:

What was your order date and #? Helps me with my "problem" of constantly calculating when mine might be done...

Wellllll... I got super lucky and was able to buy a spot from a guy who wasn't able to make it happen at the end, due to circumstances out of his control. Don't hate me.
    :crapstorm::D

I think he ordered about 10-11 months before his Drifter was done. I had been looking around at wedge campers for a while, decided I would wait for a Drifter, and literally the day I was going to place an order I found this fellow and was able to work a deal. He had been posting on here for a good while and somehow no one had yet taken him up on it! That was a couple months ago, and I'm just now able to leave and head to California.

I'd count on hearing from Phil around the 10/11 month waiting mark. They'll keep you posted and communicate when you're in build and they are ready for you to show up. I know the silence hurts when you're waiting patiently.

Before I got my drifter there wasn't much to go off by to help calm my nerves but now that I'm in Drifter Valhalla, I hope my experience can help calm nerves and provide insight for people waiting.

WHATTTTT????? I asked my GF to hurry up my Drifter for my XMas present. She said it was impossible. I'm showing this to her later...
Probably shouldn't have told everyone this. Now people are going to be camping outside Vagabond like it's black friday trying to buy off peoples spots haha
Congrats though! Awesome Xmas present to get!

    Drifter....ARRIVED!
We picked ours up in February 2019, ordered sept 2018 so timing is likely very different now. It’s the perfect setup for us and our 2 pups.

That's a great idea. Once I pick the Drifter up and get some templates made and prototypes built, we might do just that! Also, always open to ideas for what people want to see, product-wise. I have a lot of ideas for the Drifter already, but many brains are usually better than one.

I think I mentioned this when we met, but pouch/pocket panels for the drifter sides (without windows) would be pretty cool: similar to what alu-cab does:

    She ain't stock anymore.
I've been thinking about something like that, that would cover the cab window, but could clip up out of the way for driving. It could have a dual purpose of keeping all your bedding in check when the sleeping platform is pulled toward the back of the truck.

This would be a cool solution for some more wall storage. We looked at doing summing similar that would clip in using a bag from The Last US bag company.

check out the 108 happy camper bag at lastusbag.com. they are pretty nifty. and have D rings in them already to allow for hanging
