Just purchased ‘15 Tacoma prerunner. Paired iPhone X with vehicle in dealer parking lot. On ride home head unit would reboot constantly (every 4-5 mins). It’s been happening non stop, sometimes it can take as long as 45 minutes to happen the first time but once it does it’s every 4-5 mins from then forward. Software has been uploaded at dealership. Here’s the catch... I’ve paired an iPhone 8 (Verizon) and have zero problems. Back to the X (T mobile) same issue. What settings should I be checking on the phone(s) to investigate?

Are you adding the contact list ?

Delete all phones and start from scratch.
Add only the phone. No extra.

I will say this. Don’t take this wrong.

    IIRC

There is one carrier that they don’t support.
    I think it’s T mobile.

I had one a few weeks ago and I think this is the result.
You diagnosed your problem and know the repair.

I had added and removed a couple times to no avail. I’ll try without adding contacts. Hopefully that helps and not it’s not the carrier.

    Thanks!
