am I the only one with a Tacoma SR5?

    hi everyone, Im new to TW.com

    Im getting my 2009 Tacoma SR5(magetic grey) in about 2 weeks and I've never owned a toyota before, let alone a Tacoma, so im pretty excited.

    What I'm wondering is does anyone have a 2nd gen tacoma with the SR5 package ? (not TRD). It seems to me that everyone here has the TRD packege.

    if so how do you like it? do you regret not getting the TRD?

    Mine is not even a SR5, and no regrets here. By neccesity Mine came with the black bumpers and flares, but what a luxury it was to have intermittent wipers.

    I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
    I regret not getting the 4x4.

    I have the 2007 yamaha trd special edition, so I guess I have the trd package.But on the tailgate there is the chrome SR5, so I dont know what I got trd or sr5.

    I have an 05 DC SR5, no towing package. I tow an 18' Ranger bass boat without any problems. I love it, no regrets. I couldn't see paying $2k more for the TRD. I am looking at getting an 09 SR5.

    Me, too. Only thing I wish is I'd gotten the double cab instead of the accesss cab. Otherwise no regrets :D
