You mean the SAVE FILE delete/restore etc. and dropping items in an online game and pass them to others vice versa.

Those were the days.

I will brag though; I was in the top 100 for a ton of races/kudos points on Project Gotham Racing 2.

I was a regularly on that game with several others that were also in the top 100 and people would get excited to run into us in lobby's/games.

Like I said, those were the days...

 

I remember PGR, was a pretty okay game. I think EA bought Bizarre Creations and all their franchises died.

 

You know what is going to happen lol

 

What helped keep it alive were the games like Cat n Mouse;

4 cars were mini coopers, and 4 other cars (1 each to match the mini's color) were fast cars.

It was fun as shit being the mini driver, but the goal was to get your mini cooper to finish first.

Fast cars would block you and spin you off the track, especially if you were first. At the same time, your 'fast' team mate would block other cars from pushing you off or push your car passed it's speed limiter lol

The other 3 mini's would try to run the race as normal, knocking each other out even if it came to that.

And we always played that game on the Nürburgring track.

I could've sworn with the testing back in the day on ih8mud they found that the early 1FZ brass one was more efficient?
Maybe I'm misremembering part of it. Pardon the alternative facts if so
